What a terrible, tragic story. It sounds like the diaries went on for years. I wonder if this was why they were willing to take such dramatic steps in the end; if they had been believing and obeying in these "messages" for so long, it might have seemed like a small test of faith while, from the outside, it seems incredulous. So sad that Lalit did not get the help he so obviously needed and so tragic for the rest of the family. Nothing good comes from family secrets.
