This is a tough one. I can't imagine there's a parent alive who isn't sympathetic to Mr. Eisenman (and many who are secretly applauding him). At the same time, there is a reason why we have laws and police officers, as flawed as they may be. I think this is a case that will reflect our two part legal system - the guilt phase (did he do it) and the sentencing phase (if so, how much punishment should he get and what mitigating factors should lessen it?)
