Really interesting article. Being the claustrophobic I am, a few of those methods practically made me hyperventilate (having your orifices sewn up and wrapped in felt so you couldn't breathe??). The molten silver idea was also chilling. I'm surprised strangling didn't make the list, given how often it's used today (relatively speaking, mainly in sexually motivated murders) and given that it doesn't require a drop of blood to be spilled.
