It's painful but true to fess up that I, too, have been afraid to speak out at times, or felt the need to soften my words, because I was afraid of the response. While I am not quite ready to dive into Extreme Mean just yet, I am ready to take a babystep toward bravery when it comes to speaking up more clearly. Thanks for a great article, Linda.
