If there's one thing we can celebrate in the world of true crime, it's the increased prison time for animal abuse, the new tracking of animal abusers, and the recognition that animals abusers are often people abusers. As a foster mom to many abused animals, I have a hard time finding any sympathy for Mr. Brown.
