I hope law enforcement keeps this case open. There's the "accidental overdose" when someone unintentionally takes too much themselves (or in unaware of the strength or effects of the drug) and then there's the "accidental overdose" where someone is drugging someone (without them knowing it) and "accidentally" gives them too much.
