How can this case not be solved? if surveillance saw her dropping the twins off at her ex-fiance's house, did it also show her leaving? I know that sometimes police know who committed a murder and just don't have the evidence to convict them. And I don't know (of course) who DID kill Michelle Parker. But there sure seem to be a lot of signs pointing in one direction.
