First of all, I rejoice that the rapist/murderer was finally identified even though it was too late for him to get the justice he deserved. I applaud his surviving victim for speaking out about the perpetrator and how his horrible deeds have impacted her over the years. I also think we need to be careful about not victimizing the family of the perpetrator, who may be completely in the dark about what their loved one has done.
